“Have been using Cranbury Comfort for quite a few years now. I never really thought about a service contract but once I saw how inexpensive it was, I opted for the twice a year service. Over time I got to know the staff and felt more comfortable with their work. My 27 year old HVAC was still working but totally inefficient and really needed an upgrade so they came out and put in new heating and cooling system which is night and day over what I had. I had one small issue with the outdoor unit and that was quickly resolved under warranty.

I noticed that my air circulcation wasnt as good as I thought it should be and noticing how the ducts were installed back in the 70’s, I could see why. Ginger quoted me the work to have the duct joints screwed together tight and sealed all around. New hangers were put up to support the sagging ducts and a new return was put in to pull more in from the 2nd floor. That return had no air pull whatsoever. Now, everything is as it should have been 50 years ago.

Dave and Rob did an outstanding job working together to get it all done in one day. Quality work, all cleaned up and great people to watch and learn as well as have a nice conversation rather than some who dont ever say a word to you…

“Hands down… this is the most professional and reasonable company around the tri-state area. It honestly puts others to shame. Of course during peak season, we accidentally cut the freon line on our ac unit, hedge trimming. After calling around most businesses did not even want to get involved or were too busy. Some were asking the price for a new unit just to repair it. We were able to get a family friend to do the repair on the ac line. Thankfully CCS was willing to come test the system for leaks first. After everything checked out. They were able vacuum the lines out and fill the system. It was relatively quick, yet the technician was very thorough. We will not use anyone else for our service, repair needs. They even waived the diagnostic fees and only charged us for the pressure test and fill. I will not recommend anyone else. Checked out the system and explained that it was in good shape and should probably last a good while. Further, on his own initiative, he noted that the condenser was out of level and went ahead and leveled it out.
